概覽

Asympta Paperie 以使用者控制自己的手帳內容為設計原則。目前版本不使用廣告 SDK 或第三方行為追蹤，也不出售個人資訊。

手帳資料

內容可能包含手寫筆跡、文字、筆記本與頁面名稱、封面與紙張選擇、貼紙、印章、繪圖，以及你主動加入的圖片。Paperie 先在裝置上保存手帳資料。你亦可自行透過分享功能匯出完整備份，交給你選擇的接收者或服務。

手寫搜尋

在支援的系統版本上，Paperie 會在裝置上使用 Apple 提供的手寫辨識能力建立搜尋索引。辨識不會把你的筆跡替換成可見文字，也不會把手帳內容傳給廣告或第三方行為分析服務。

iCloud

Paperie 會在你開啟或回到 App，以及保存內容後，自動嘗試將完整手帳備份同步至你的 Apple CloudKit 私人資料庫。同步是否成功取決於你的 iCloud 帳號、網路與服務可用性。Apple 依其條款與隱私政策處理 iCloud 資料。

照片

只有當你主動選取照片或圖片加入手帳／文具時，Paperie 才會處理該項目。原始影像資料副本可能保存在手帳中，並隨備份同步；Paperie 不保證移除影像中繼資料。

購買

可選的 Paperie 終身版由 Apple 透過 StoreKit 與 App Store 處理。Paperie 只使用購買權益資訊判斷是否解鎖功能；開發者不會從 Apple 取得完整付款卡資料。

日曆選句

在此版本，開啟含引句的日曆紙草稿或選擇另一句時，Paperie 只向官方支援網站（由 GitHub Pages 託管）取得已核對的歷史原文。這些請求不附帶手帳內容或 Creator 申請欄位；網站服務供應方仍可能處理 IP 位址與連線資訊。引句及其來源、授權資料會儲存在本機快取，並可隨放入手帳的日曆紙保存及同步；既有已貼內容與出處亦會保留。「僅日期」會取消當前引句請求，不能撤回已完成的網路請求。你可選擇以系統瀏覽器開啟出處連結，前往原典或供應者頁面；這些網站的資料處理依各自適用政策辦理。詳細來源及授權見日曆文字來源。

創作者申請

創作者申請草稿會自動保存在此裝置。選擇「開啟郵件申請」會把你填寫的姓名、聯絡電郵、創作類別、作品集連結（如有）及自我介紹放入寄往 hello@everformlab.com 的郵件草稿，供你檢查。只有你在郵件介面確認「寄送」後才會傳送；Paperie 不會自動寄出。寄送的內容會由相關郵件服務處理；我們收到的申請資料用於審閱申請及回覆。

複製申請內容會要求系統僅在本裝置保留剪貼簿內容，並於十分鐘後到期。捨棄目前表單不會撤回已儲存、排程或寄出的郵件，舊版復原草稿亦可能另行保留。

支援信件

如果你寄信聯絡支援，你的電子郵件地址、訊息與主動附上的檔案會由相關電子郵件服務處理，用於回覆與合理後續。除非診斷需要，請不要寄送私人手帳內容。

保存與刪除

• 刪除本機內容或移除 App，不應視為已刪除 iCloud、已匯出備份或收件者持有的資料。
• iCloud 同步啟用時，已同步副本會保留在你的 iCloud，直到透過 App 或 Apple 提供的資料管理方式刪除。
• 刪除筆記本可同步到其他裝置；衝突合併可能建立復原頁，以避免靜默遺失不同裝置上的有效手寫內容。
• 從素材庫移除仍在手帳中使用的個人文具，可能只會隱藏素材庫項目；原圖、手帳內容、復原或同步副本仍可能保留。
• 捨棄目前 Creator 草稿不代表舊版草稿、系統備份或郵件副本全部清除。
• 支援往來只在處理請求、合理後續、安全或法規需要的期間保留。

你的選擇

你可以選擇是否匯入照片，並可在 Apple 系統設定管理 iCloud 與 App 權限。你可以在 Paperie 刪除筆記本，也可使用「恢復購買」重新整理可恢復的終身版權益。

政策變更

如果 Paperie 的資料處理方式改變，本政策會更新，確保內容仍正確描述實際 shipping App。

Overview

Asympta Paperie is designed to keep journal content under the user's control. The current release does not use advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral tracking and does not sell personal information.

Notebook data

Content may include handwriting, text, notebook/page names, cover and paper choices, stationery, drawings, and images you add. Paperie saves journal data on your device first. You can also export a complete backup through the share sheet to a recipient or service you choose.

Handwriting search

On supported system versions, Paperie uses Apple-provided on-device handwriting recognition to build a search index. Recognition does not replace visible handwriting and journal content is not sent to advertising or third-party behavioral analytics services.

iCloud

Paperie automatically attempts to synchronize the complete journal backup to your private Apple CloudKit database when you open or return to the app and after saving. Successful synchronization depends on your iCloud account, network and service availability. Apple processes iCloud data under its terms and privacy policies.

Photos

Paperie processes photos/images only when you choose them for a notebook or stationery feature. A copy of the original image data may be kept with the journal and synchronized with its backup; Paperie does not promise to remove image metadata.

Purchases

Paperie Lifetime is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Paperie uses entitlement information only to determine feature access. The developer does not receive full payment-card details from Apple.

Calendar words

In this version, opening a calendar-paper draft with a quote, or choosing another line, retrieves verified historical source text only from the official support website, hosted on GitHub Pages. These requests do not include journal content or Creator application fields. Website service providers may still process IP addresses and connection information. Quotes and their provenance/license information are cached locally and may remain and synchronize with placed calendar papers; existing placed content and attribution are preserved. Date only cancels the current quote request; it cannot retract a request already completed. You can choose to open attribution links in the system browser to visit original sources or provider pages, which process data under their own applicable policies. See Calendar words & sources.

Creator applications

Creator application drafts are saved automatically on this device. Open Email to Apply places your entered name, contact email, creation categories, portfolio link (if provided), and introduction into an email draft addressed to hello@everformlab.com for you to review. You must confirm Send in the mail interface; Paperie does not send it automatically. The email services involved process the content you send. Applications we receive are used for review and replies.

Copying an application requests an on-device-only clipboard entry that expires after ten minutes. Discarding the current form does not retract saved, queued, or sent email; a legacy recovery draft may remain separately.

Support email

If you contact support, your email address, message, and voluntary attachments are processed by the email services involved and used to respond. Do not send private notebook content unless needed to diagnose the issue.

Retention and deletion

• Deleting local content or removing the app should not be treated as deletion of iCloud data, exported backups or copies held by recipients.
• When iCloud synchronization is enabled, synchronized copies may remain in your iCloud until deleted through the app or applicable Apple data-management mechanisms.
• Notebook deletion may synchronize to other devices; conflict merging can create recovered pages to avoid silently losing valid handwriting from different devices.
• Removing a personal stationery item that is still used in a journal may hide its library entry while the original image, journal content, recovery or synchronized copies remain.
• Discarding the current Creator draft does not mean every legacy draft, system backup or email copy has been erased.
• Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request, reasonable follow-up, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can choose whether to import photos and manage iCloud/app permissions in Apple system settings. You can delete notebooks in Paperie and refresh restorable Lifetime entitlements with Restore Purchases.

Changes

If Paperie's data practices change, this policy will be updated so it continues to describe the shipping app accurately.
